停用 NegativeCache

　在企業內部有時候會發生 DNS 上有 Record，但 Client 無法查詢的問題，原因是 Negative Cache 的關係，Negative Cache 會將查不到的資訊存在 Cache 中，有時只是因為網路延遲而查不到，並不是真的沒有此 Record，建議將 Client 及 Server 都將 Negatvie Cache 停用。

　將下列文字複製成 Bat 檔，再 Double-Click 這個批次檔即可。
